The City of Richmond’s Department of Planning & Development Review will be hosting two meetings in November to present and receive feedback on a draft plan for the future Pulse Corridor along Broad and E. Main Streets. As an attendee at the September 29th TOD Presentation at the Main Library, we hope you’re able to attend.
Two separate meetings detailed below will cover the same content. The City held an initial kick-off meeting in November 2015 and has worked with the community and other stakeholder groups to help form the recommendations in the plan which seek to guide future growth and development along the corridor.
The three main questions the plan seeks to answer along the corridor are:
- Where is future development going to occur?
- What will that future development look like?
- What are the best tools to get there?
